- 16 oz frozen peach slices
- 1 fresh peach, pit removed
- 1 cup plain 0% greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- Add the frozen peach slices, fresh peach, greek yogurt, milk, cinnamon, oats, and pure maple syrup to a high speed blender.
- Blend, starting on low and increasing to high, until thick and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
